Specially crafted for home delivery in Pune, this dish should take care of all your Paneer Makhani delivery cravings. Copious amounts of pillowy paneer cubes swim in a sea of rich, creamy, smokily aromatic curry, with barely a hint of sweetness and a lingering, mild heat.
We don’t skimp on the paneer portions at any point; the One Kg Paneer Makhani portion will have 1000g starting weight of the paneer, so you’ll have plenty to feast on and pass around.
Accompaniments: Personally, I love it with Lachha Parathas but it also goes really well with plain Tandoori Rotis, Roomali Rotis or Naan.
Storage: If you are going to consume it within an hour or two of delivery, it's safe to keep it out on the counter but do heat it well before serving. Anything longer than that remove from the delivery container(s) & refrigerate and heat well before serving. In the refrigerator it will remain great for up to 4 days. If you want to save it longer, freeze it in an airtight, shallow, freezer-safe container and it will remain perfectly good for up to 2 months. When thawing, do it in water or in the refrigerator or even a microwave but do not thaw at room temperature. Always reheat well before serving.
Fun Fact: In Indian cuisine makhani is any gravy that is primarily made with butter or ghee, onions, tomatoes (optional), paired with plenty of warm spices and rounded off with a hefty helping of cream and/or butter.
