Orders once placed can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order only. Stuf’d does not offer any cancellation beyond that.
Stuf’d does not offer any refunds or returns. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances, contact us on email@example.com and we can have a conversation. This in no way obliges Stuf’d to cancel, refund or offer returns in any way.
Only in the unfortunate event that you have placed an order and we find that your delivery location is outside our delivery zone, will we cancel and refund your order.
You Agree and Confirm
- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Stuf’d for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.
- That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
- That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
- You cannot request refund/return/replacement of Stuf’d products and Stuf’d cannot and will not entertain cancellation requests if more than 1 hour has passed since time of order placement.
- All refunds, in the event of eligible cancellations, will be made in the form the payment was received by Stuf’d. For e.g. if you have made a payment using Net Banking and have requested a cancellation and if this request is eligible and has been accepted, then the money will refunded to you back into the account from where the payment was made. This is an automated process via the payment gateway and can take between 5-10 days for the money to be credited back into your account.
