Our recipe is inspired by the vibrant flavors of coastal Karnataka cuisine and is made with only the freshest ingredients, ensuring that each bite is bursting with bold, authentic taste. Chicken Ghee Roast is typically prepared using smallish pieces juicy boneless chicken that are marinated in a mixture of spices and then roasted in ghee (clarified butter) until crispy and deep golden brown.

Accompaniments: Lachha Parathas are ideal but it also goes really well with plain Roomali Rotis or Naan.

Storage: If you are going to consume it within an hour or two of delivery, it's safe to keep it out on the counter but do heat it well before serving. Anything longer than that refrigerate and heat well before serving. In the refrigerator it will remain great for up to 4 days. If you want to save it longer, freeze it in an airtight, shallow, freezer-safe container and it will remain perfectly good for up to 2 months. When thawing, do it in water or in the refrigerator or even a microwave but do not thaw at room temperature. Always reheat well before serving.
